Thaw overnight in the fridge, then bake at 200°C / 400°F for 30 minutes as directed.

Ingredients
- 1000 g turkey thigh
- 100 g soy sauce
- 40 g vegetable oil
- 13 g cane sugar
- 1 pcs chili pepper
- 2 g garlic, dried
- 1 g ginger, ground
Method
- Cut the turkey thigh into fairly large chunks (about 2.5 cm).
- Mix all remaining ingredients for the marinade, add to the turkey, stir well, and leave to marinate in the fridge for 3–4 hours. Then thread onto skewers, 6–7 pieces per skewer.
- If cooking straight away, place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. If freezing, lay the skewers in the freezer spaced apart so they do not stick together.
