Ingredients

  • 700 g ground turkey
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 pcs onion
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 2 slices bread
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. Soak the bread in water until soft, then squeeze out excess liquid. Grate or finely chop the onion.
  2. Combine ground turkey with the squeezed bread, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Shape into patties. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
