Ingredients
- 700 g ground turkey
- 50 ml water
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs egg
- 2 slices bread
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- oil for frying
Method
- Soak the bread in water until soft, then squeeze out excess liquid. Grate or finely chop the onion.
- Combine ground turkey with the squeezed bread, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Shape into patties. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
