Method

Combine cottage cheese with all remaining ingredients until smooth.
Divide into 10–12 equal portions by weight and shape into pancakes using any method — by hand or with a knife.
Heat a pan well, add vegetable oil to coat the entire surface, then add a knob of butter.
Place the pancakes in the pan and fry over medium heat (setting 1) without a lid for 2 minutes per side.
