Ingredients

  • 300 g Cottage cheese (5%, brick)
  • 1 pc Egg yolks (C1)
  • 50 g Feta
  • 30 g Wheat flour (or rice flour)
  • 10 g Corn starch
  • 10 g Baby spinach

Method

  1. Combine the cold cottage cheese with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Divide into 10-12 pieces by weight and form the pancakes (shape with a press or by hand).
  3. Heat a pan well, add vegetable oil to coat the whole surface, and place the pancakes.
  4. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, uncovered.
