- 300 g Cottage cheese (5%, brick)
- 1 pc Egg yolks (C1)
- 50 g Feta
- 30 g Wheat flour (or rice flour)
- 10 g Corn starch
- 10 g Baby spinach
Method
- Combine the cold cottage cheese with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Divide into 10-12 pieces by weight and form the pancakes (shape with a press or by hand).
- Heat a pan well, add vegetable oil to coat the whole surface, and place the pancakes.
- Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, uncovered.
