Ingredients
- 400 g cottage cheese 1–5% fat
- 2 pcs eggs (category C1–C0)
- 80 g hard or semi-hard cheese
- 10 g favourite spices
- 35 g flour (wheat or rice)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Method
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Combine cottage cheese with all remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Divide into 10–12 equal portions by weight and shape into pancakes using any method — by hand or with a knife.
- Heat a pan well, add vegetable oil to coat the entire surface, then add a knob of butter.
- Place the pancakes in the pan and fry over medium heat (setting 1) without a lid for 2 minutes per side.
