BBQ Pork Ribs
Low, slow, sticky - and freezer-proof.
A dish that will absolutely not leave men indifferent — especially paired with a cold beer, if you know what I mean. Slow-baked until tender, then glazed to a sticky caramelized finish.

Thaw in the fridge, then reheat low and covered at 150°C / 300°F until warmed through, brushing with a little extra sauce.

Ingredients
- 1000 g pork ribs
- 5 g smoked salt
- 20 g cane sugar
- 10 g smoked paprika
- 30 g ketchup
- 50 g BBQ sauce
- 10 g honey
- 10 g soy sauce
Method
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix all dry rub ingredients together and rub generously into both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap each rack in 2–3 layers of foil and refrigerate to marinate for at least 5 hours, ideally overnight.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 2 hours.
- Mix all glaze ingredients together and brush generously over the ribs. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes at 170°C.
